Stretching in Edgemead and Monte Vista
Stretching is not a gap-filler. It is a class for range, ease, and the day after a tougher workout.
Women-only. A session is 45–60 minutes. All levels. Beginners are welcome.
You spend the time lengthening tight areas and moving joints through a comfortable range. The pace stays calm. You should feel the stretch without forcing it.
Plenty of members use it on a quieter day, or after step, weights, or aerobics. Wear clothes you can move in, and tell Richelle about a sore spot so she can offer a different position.
Who it's for
Women who feel stiff from the week, or who want a calmer class between cardio and strength. It is a full session, not a five-minute add-on.
Mobility, recovery, and easing stiffness.
What a session feels like
The pace stays unhurried. You hold comfortable ranges and move joints without forcing a shape. You should feel the stretch and still be able to breathe.
- Guided holds and easy flows
- Room to work at your own range
- A useful class between harder ones
What to bring
- A mat if you have one
- Water
- A light layer, because you cool down
- Clothes you can sit and reach in
Plan for 45–60 minutes.
Unlimited and the trial
